Beyond the Gates

Yesterday, i finished watching the movie Beyond the Gates. It is based on the true story of the events that occured at Rwanda's Ecole Technique Officielle.

The story is about the Tutsi people who become systematically exterminated by the Hutu neighbors and friends in one of the largest genocides in human history.

The movie shows how the United Nations abandoned the Ecole Technique Officielle, knowing that the camp was surrounded by armed Hutu men who would kill the 2500 unarmed Tutsi men, women and children that were seeking safety at the camp.
